Talk about Buddha's Birthday.

Many Koreans are Buddhists. There are Buddhist temples all across the country. That being the case, Buddha's Birthday is recognized as a public holiday in Korea. It is April 8th on the lunar calendar. It usually lands on a day between late April and early May on the solar calendar. The streets are decorated with lotus lanterns to commemorate this day. They create quite a beautiful sight. There are also many parades that are held in Seoul and other cities. They are a good way to get into the spirit of the holiday. These parades often have dancers, music, and dragons. Another tradition on this day is to visit temples where people offer gifts to the monks. People can enjoy free food and tea there.    

석가탄신일(부처님 오신 날)에 대해 이야기해 주세요.

많은 한국이들은 불교 신잗. 전국 각지에 절이 있다. 이러한 이유로, 석가탄신일은 한국에서 공휴일로 지정되었다. 음력으로 4월 8일이다. 석가탄신일은 양력으로는 보통 4월 말에서 5월 초 사이에 온다. 이날을 기념하기 위해 거리는 연등으로 장식된다. 연등은 꽤 아름다운 풍경을 만들어 낸다. 서울과 다른 도시에서 퍼레이드도 많이 열린다. 이것은 석가탄신일의 분위기를 물씬 느끼기에 좋은 방법이다. 이 퍼레이드에는 흔히 무용수, 음악, 그리고 용들이 나온다. 이날의 또 다른 전통은 사람들이 스님들에게 시주를 하기 위해 절을 방문하는 것이다. 그곳에서 사람들은 음식과 차를 무료로 즐길 수 있다.
