Talk about the Korean delicacy yukhoe.

There is a Korean dish called yukhoe. The name means "raw meat" in Korean. Usually, it is made with beef. The meat is thinly sliced. It can be eaten with a dipping sauce. Sometimes, it is mixed with a sweet and salty marinade. In other cases, it is mixed with a raw egg yolk. In most cases, yukhoe is not the main dish. It is often a starter. It is also a popular side dish people have with drinks. It tastes the best when the meat is of the highest quality, so it doesn't come cheap. It also has to be very fresh. People who haven't tried the dish may first be a little hesitant to try it because the meat is uncooked. However, there are many people who are big-time fans of yukhoe.

한국의 별미인 육회에 대해 이야기해 주세요.

육회라는 한국 요리가 있다. 요리 이름이 '날고기'라는 뜻이다. 보통의 소고리고 만든다. 고기를 얇게 저민다. 찍어 먹는 양념을 곁들일 수 있다. 달콤하고 짭짤한 양념장과 섞기도 한다. 때로는 날계란 노른자를 섞는 경우도 있다. 대부분의 경우 육회는 주 요리가 아니다. 전채 요리로 먹는 경우가 많다. 술에 곁들이는 안주로도 인기가 있다. 고기의 품질이 최상일때 맛이 가장 좋기 때문에 가격이 싸지는 않다. 또한 매우 신선해야 한다. 조리를 안 한 음식이기 때문에 먹어 보지 않은 사람은 처름에 다소 꺼려질 수 있다. 하지만 육회를 매우 좋아하는 사람들이 많이 있다.
