Talk about the aging population in Korea.

Korea is one of the world's most rapidly aging countries. Our country has an aging population. In an aging society, people over 65 years old make up over 7% of the population. The society is an aged society if that figure goes beyond 14%. It is a super-aged society if the number tops 20%. Korea will soon officially become an aged society. The problem is only getting worse. Fewer people are opting to tie the knot and having babies. Due to advances in medical technology, the life expectancy is also increasing. On the other hand, Korea's birthrate is among the world's lowest. This has become a social issue, because welfare policies for the elderly and ways to boost the birthrate are needed.   

한국의 인구 고령화에 대해 이야기해 주세요.

한국은 세계에서 고령화가 가장 빠르게 진행되고 있는 나라 중 하나다. 우리나라의 인구는 고령화되고 있다. 고령화 사회에서는 총 인구에서 65세 이상 노령인구가 차지하는 비율이 7퍼센트 이상이다. 수치가 14퍼센트 이상일 경우 고령 사회로 분류된다. 20퍼센트를 넘어가면 초고령 사회라고 한다. 한국은 머지않아 공식적으로 고령 사회가 될 예정이다. 상황은 더 악화되고 있다. 결혼을 결심하고 아이를 낳는 사람들의 수가 점점 줄어들고 있다. 의료 기술의 발달로 인해 기대 수명도 늘어나고 있다. 반면, 한국의 출산율은 세계에서 가장 낮은 수준이다. 고령층을 위한 복지 정책과 출산율을 올리기 위한 방법이 필요한 상황으로, 이는 사회적 문제가 되었다.
