Online piracy is a big problem. illegal downloads are a form of copyright infringement. they discourage new creative activities. Thankfully, illegal downloads are on the decline Internet sites have beefed up measures to stop piracy. File-sharing sites put limits on audio and video files. Part of the reason is heightened awareness of why copyright protection is important. Also, content providers are offering options like low monthly fees. It has become easier for customers to enjoy streaming media instead of downloading files. However, illegal downloads still haven't been wiped out completely. The problem is ongoing. Hopefully, a better solution is in the works.
